Email Managed Service – Basic Plan
Monthly e-newsletter sent to your leads with a branded template (based on condos.ca / property.ca) and an agent-specific header & footer. Each issue is built on Insider content (intro and condos.ca blog posts) and goes out shortly after the Insider on the 3rd Thursday of each month. Customizations per issue: featured listing, client testimonial, lead segmentation in CRM, and monthly performance reporting. Commitment: Minimum 3 months. Agent must provide 30 days notice for pause or cancellation. Volume: Up to 36,000 emails annually (3,000 contacts/month). Additional volume billed in 10,000-email increments at $0.005/email.
